Project with regulatory focus in the finance industry

Long-term major project with regulatory focus at a financial services provider.
The focus was on a group-wide programme to implement regulatory requirements. Neuhaus was part of the management team for several years.
Goal & challenge:
The goal was to update the implementation status, minimise identified risks and support regulatory audits.
Features:
The project environment was technically challenging and operationally complex: the project was implemented in several waves in a risk-oriented manner, at times supporting an ongoing regulatory audit.
Our role:
Neuhaus took over project and sub-project management, PMO functions, quality management and central coordination. Our strength lay in structural relief, management in a relationship of mutual respect and ensuring traceability.

Digitalisation in the health sector

Industry:
IT service provider in public administration
Tasks:
Three-year IT project to digitalise medical documentation in a municipal health network. Focus: development of a future-proof, process-oriented IT architecture. Several hospitals, functional departments and system worlds were involved.
Goal & challenge:
The goal was to create a central data storage system, location-independent access options and a reliable system landscape.
Features:
Parallel legacy systems, high coordination requirements and strict regulatory requirements in the health sector.
Our role:
Neuhaus provided support in project management, PMO, change management, training, and rollout. We structured processes, connected stakeholders and secured the transition to the new system world with our method know-how.
Harmonisation of IT following merger

Tasks:
Following an international merger, the IT systems of over 80 European locations were to be harmonised. Focus: standardisation of IT infrastructure, applications and processes. 6-year project, high complexity, several sub-programs.
Goal & challenge:
The goal was to develop common IT working methods – efficient, scalable and internationally compatible.
Features:
The challenge lay in the change process: cultural differences, technical legacy issues and a lot of time spent on coordination.
Our role:
Neuhaus provide support as programme manager, in transition, in the PMO, and in change, communication, and test coordination roles. We ensured structure, reliable communication and measurable progress – across all companies.
