At Neuhaus, ownership does not start with the title, but with the attitude. We believe: commitment does not come from a sense of duty, but out of conviction. That’s why we work together with enjoyment and commitment. Trust is created when responsibility is taken seriously.

We believe in clear words and in treating people with respect. For us, plain speaking and respect are not mutually exclusive. For us, politeness and fairness are not a trend, but a part of everyday life. We communicate directly, but never hurtfully. We lead by example, not by being loud. For us, behind every behaviour is a positive intention. We trust that everyone will do their best. Leadership at Neuhaus means: listening, encouraging and leading the way.

We work in complex projects in which clear goals, methods and self-organisation are intertwined. Those who lead provide direction and those who think for themselves shape things. What counts in the end is reliability in implementation, clarity and trust. And for us, trust is number one. Always.

We pull together in the same direction because we see the common goal. We consult in the team, provide room for perspectives and make decisions while keeping an eye on the big picture. Teamwork makes the dream work

Successful projects are not created alone, but as a team. At Neuhaus, we think about projects not only strategically, but also in terms of partnership. What counts is the how we work together: internally and externally. This is why we work closely with our customers, across national borders and all project phases.

Our consultants bring method excellence, business know-how and certifications such as GPM, PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL and SCRUM.

Working in international project teams is natural for us. We support our customers in German and in English.

Trust and commitment in our dealings with our customers, suppliers and employees are part of our guiding principles and make Neuhaus a special company. Our aspiration: long-term win-win strategies from which all stakeholders benefit – our customers, our partners and our team. We have been relying on this for over 25 years. Michael Stockhausen, Managing Director

With high, goal-driven project management competence, Michael Stockhausen has supported major national and international projects in various industries in a wide variety of roles. He has been a Managing Director at Neuhaus Consulting since 2022 and is responsible for Professional & Sales Services. His personal motto: “A project becomes successful by solving problems and not ignoring them!”

Susanne Neuhaus,
Founder & Managing Director

Driven by the motto “don’t be a know-it-all, but do it simply and simply do it”, Susanne Neuhaus has many years of experience as a project manager and project coach in strategic organisation and IT projects. Since 1998, she has led Neuhaus with clarity, vision and an eye for what matters.
