FAQ

What are the stages of the application process?

There are several stages to our application process and it starts with your online application. After a short telephone interview, there will be two face-to-face interviews – one of which can take place remotely via Teams. It’s about getting to know each other, discussing your expectations, your skills and your career at Neuhaus.

We need at least your CV in PDF format. We will be happy to discuss everything else.

Yes, even if no suitable position is advertised, we welcome unsolicited applications – we even have a separate job advertisement for unsolicited applications where you can apply directly.

You will normally receive a reply within 5 days of receipt of your application. In most cases even sooner. The whole process from receiving the application to signing the contract takes on average 3 weeks.

There are several stages to the process, involving one telephone call and two face-to-face interviews. One of the face-to-face interviews can be conducted via a Teams video call.

Our HR team will attend and conduct all interviews. The two face-to-face interviews in our offices/via video will always be attended by a manager and a managing director. We will let you know the names beforehand in the invitation.

Our final face-to-face interview always includes a short case study or exercise, which is announced in good time and usually requires little or no preparation.

Structured personal development meetings take place once a year in which the needs and goals of the employees are compared with the company’s development goals. These identify areas for development in training, coaching and staffing that should cover these goals and needs. Our Neuhaus Academy provides suitable concepts and formats for this.

A warm welcome, our informal internal culture, extensive structured onboarding, regular team dinners, support from all sides and at least three event invitations.

Our onboardings take place as far as possible in our offices in Bonn and Königswinter. Ideally, we can start with several new team members at the same time. After meeting your buddy, team leader and the back office team, you will begin your “project management training”.

Depending on your previous experience, the first 2-4 weeks of this training will be the most intensive. This will be followed by certification phases, practice projects and visits to customers
