We have stood for hands-on project management since 1998. Our roots lie in the Mittelstand, our work in strategic major projects.
What drives us: taking on responsibility, finding solutions, making projects successful. We support people, teams and companies: closely, competently and with attitude. For us, it is not just the result that counts, but also the structured manner in which we achieve it. In day-to-day business as well as in particularly critical project phases.

1998
The beginning
Susanne Neuhaus founds Neuhaus Consulting with a clear belief:
good projects need clarity, structure and personalities with backbone.
The goal: to take on responsibility where others only manage. The focus lies on what matters: listening, shaping, implementing. “Do it simply. And simply do it.” becomes the guiding principle that shapes Neuhaus to this day.
2005
Growth with attitude
Neuhaus establishes itself across industry boundaries and supports its first major projects in public administration. The team grows, and with it, its method know-how, visibility and customer trust. What stays the same: the aspiration to support projects in a structured, pragmatic and personal manner.
2015
Room for perspectives
A new chapter begins with the move to the Bonner Bogen area. The new location stands for openness, discussion and a clear view of the future. More room, more heads, new formats – with the same attitude. At the same time the company remains approachable, informal and friendly. The office overlooking the Rhine stands symbolically for calm, clarity and strength.
2022
Continuity in change
The Neuhaus Campus in Königswinter is a place for learning, development and discussion. It complements the head office in Bonn with an environment in which experience and the future come together. Michael Stockhausen (since 2022) and Anne-Marei List (since 2023) join Susanne Neuhaus on the Management Board. The company continues to grow – with 50 employees and a mission that has stood the test of time.

Our head office is right in the Bonner Bogen area: open, connected, overlooking the Rhine and with views of the Siebengebirge. The central corporate functions are located here. The location is easily accessible, modern and open plan. A place where people can discuss and concentrate in their day-to-day work.

Neuhaus Campus – Königswinter
Our Neuhaus Campus is located in the heritage-protected Wintermühlenhof at the foot of Mount Petersberg. It serves first and foremost as a centre for training and events for employees, customers and business partners. Here, modernity meets history. Whether it is a customer workshop, individual coaching or an internal academy format: the Campus creates perspectives in a special atmosphere. Learning becomes an experience here.
