We are not standard. Because you aren’t either.

What work is like at Neuhaus
We are often asked: “What does a day look like at Neuhaus?.” The answer is: It depends. On the customer, the project, the framework. A day at Neuhaus is as varied as our customers and therefore never the same. But what remains the same is the mutual trust in each other’s abilities and the desire to quickly provide solutions that work – together as a team. Not against each other, but together. For trust is our strongest soft skill.
This is important to us
For us, professionalism and quality are an attitude: in our work, in our interactions and in our communication. Honest, clear and friendly. Our ability to talk about and tackle things openly, while always acting politely and professionally, has been our mark since the day we were founded. A strong sense of togetherness forms the basis for good cooperation, as does the willingness to continuously develop. Our motto: getting things done.

Application tips
Use the interview as a two-way discussion
Every interview is an opportunity for both sides. It is not a test, but a chance to get to know each other. We want to find out whether we are right for each other. And you should ask us all of the questions that are important to you. So that you can decide for yourself: Is Neuhaus the right place for me?
Prepare yourself – for us and for yourself
Find out what project management at Neuhaus means. But also ask yourself: What will you contribute? What are your strengths? What do you need to learn? What are your expectations of the position? This will allow us to have a good conversation.
Show who you are
We would like to get to know the person behind the application. What drives you? What values are important to you? Why are you right for us and we right for you? Be honest and be authentic. What counts is not perfection, but personality.
Do you really want devote yourself project management?
If you do, we will be delighted. For what unites us is the desire to deliver exceedingly good projects: with clarity, teamwork, structure and the will to deliver real solutions.
If you enjoy organisation, communication, problem-solving and IT, you’ve come to the right place.
