The Neuhaus Academy
Learning at Neuhaus – structured and practical
The Neuhaus Academy is the centrepiece of our training culture – as our “Centre of Excellence,” it pools our knowledge and offers our employees a wide range of opportunities to develop their professional expertise, method know-how and behavioural skills.
Here we support our employees from day one: in onboarding, in further development and in their individual career planning.
In doing so, the Neuhaus Academy follows the mission “In. Up. Up to date”.
In: In: Developing Practices.
Up: Perfecting Leadership.
Up to date: Evolving Training Strategies.

Training & coaching
Through the Neuhaus Learning Management System (LMS), all employees have individual, easy access at any time to the onboarding as well as internal seminars, courses and coaching.
With e-learning, blended learning, team learning and practical formats, we focus on integrated, needs-oriented development.
Through coaching, we support the personal development of our employees and help them to use their own strengths and develop their potential.
Whether in the classroom, digital or hybrid: the formats are practical, needs-oriented and tailored to what really helps in everyday project work.

Certifications
Through the Neuhaus training concept, our employees receive certifications relevant to their everyday project work. These include recognised training in classic project management and certificates in IT service management according to international standards such as PRINCE2®, ITIL® V4 or SCRUM®, as well as further training depending on the role and needs.
All certifications are part of the structured further development and are tailored individually. In this way we ensure not only that our team’s method know-how is strong – but also that it is up to date.
