As a means of personal development, coaching can help you to use your own strengths and develop your own potential. The issue is reflected in a structured and non-judgmental way. An issue can be, for example, a conflict or a situation that is perceived as problematic.

Our coach serves as a neutral conversation partner with the appropriate methodological skills and, if necessary, as a source of ideas. During the coaching, the client is enabled to find effective solutions themselves.

Things worth knowing about our coaching:

  • Our coaching consists of an introductory conversation between coach and client in which the issue is clarified, followed by further conversations lasting 60 - 90 minutes each.
  • Our coaches are certified as "Systemic Coach" or "Business Coach". They also have at least 25 years of experience in the high-end business environment.
